Are you over fifty? And you hate stretching. Me too. Then put the stretching first in the workout. do your warm up. If you hate stretching, then go to the stretching first and then do the things that you actually like to do. After you stretch that way, you'll actually get your stretching in. Because let's be honest, if we don't like stretching and we save it to the end, we're going to walk out of the gym without doing our stretches. So let's just do them first towards the beginning, even if it's not physiologically what we know is perfect. That way we get eighty five percent of what we need, we get our stretching in, and then we get the outcome that we want. And you know, you're going to go and hit the weights anyway. So just do the stretching at the beginning.
